Enjoy free delivery on all orders over KES 5,000 within Nairobi and its surrounding areas. No promo code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS and email with tracking details. You can track your order using the following methods:
- SMS Updates: Automatic status updates sent to the phone number linked to your order.
- Email Notifications: Order confirmation, dispatch notification, and delivery confirmation sent to your registered email.

Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
- Bulky or heavy items (engines, body panels, etc.) may incur additional shipping charges which will be communicated before dispatch.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
- We currently ship within Kenya only. For cross-border enquiries, please contact us directly.

Prefer to collect your order in person? Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection within 2 hours of confirmation during business hours.
