Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, find the part you need, and add it to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can browse our catalogue without an account, but creating one allows you to track orders, save your delivery addresses, and access your order history. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement, provided it has not been dispatched. Contact us immediately at +254 703 555 550 or info@niamotors.co.ke with your order number.
Can I order parts for any vehicle?
We stock parts for a wide range of vehicle makes and models popular in Kenya, including Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Honda, Isuzu, and many more. If you cannot find a specific part, contact us and we will help source it for you.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- M-Pesa: Pay directly via M-Pesa. You will receive a payment prompt on your phone during checkout.
- PesaPal: Supports Visa, Mastercard, and other card payments through a secure payment gateway.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within Nairobi. Pay in cash when your order is delivered.
Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers. Your transaction data is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
When is my M-Pesa payment confirmed?
M-Pesa payments are confirmed instantly. You will receive an M-Pesa confirmation SMS from Safaricom and an order confirmation from NiaMotors within minutes of completing your payment.
Do you offer cash on delivery outside Nairobi?
Currently, cash on delivery is only available within Nairobi and its immediate surroundings. For deliveries outside Nairobi, payment must be completed before dispatch via M-Pesa or PesaPal.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM; next-day for orders placed after.
- Major towns: 2 – 3 business days.
- Rest of Kenya: 3 – 7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Nairobi starts at KES 200 and is free on orders over KES 5,000. For other areas, shipping costs range from KES 300 to KES 800+ depending on weight and destination. The exact cost is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS and email. You can also contact us on WhatsApp or call +254 703 555 550 with your order number for a status update.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection within 2 hours during business hours at our Nairobi location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How do I get a refund?
Once your return is approved and the item is inspected, refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days to your original payment method (M-Pesa or card). See our Refund Policy for details.
What if I received a damaged or wrong part?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a free return pickup (within Nairobi) or provide return shipping instructions, and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
Auto Parts & Compatibility
How do I know if a part is compatible with my vehicle?
Each product listing includes compatibility information such as vehicle make, model, and year range. You can also search by your vehicle details using our search filters. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle registration number or chassis number and we will verify compatibility for you.
What is the difference between genuine and aftermarket parts?
Genuine (OEM) parts are made by the original vehicle manufacturer and are identical to the parts your vehicle came with. They typically carry the manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket parts are made by third-party manufacturers and are designed to function the same as OEM parts, often at a lower price. We stock quality aftermarket parts from reputable manufacturers.
Do you offer a warranty on parts?
Genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Select aftermarket parts also come with a warranty — details are listed on individual product pages. If you experience a defect within the warranty period, contact us for assistance.
Can you source parts not listed on your website?
Yes. If you need a specific part that is not currently in our catalogue, reach out to us via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Our sourcing team can often locate and procure parts from our network of suppliers.
